Just spent three nights at Bota Palace, and wow! Karla's hospitality. The room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast in bed was a treat! Only downside was a little street noise, but it was totally worth it. Highly recommend this place!

My stay was marred by constant noise from the street. I also found some flooding in the shower, which was quite bothersome. The absence of a common area left me feeling disconnected, especially for a place of this price range.

Despite occasional street noise, the vibrant atmosphere was part of the experience. For a peaceful night's sleep, consider earplugs. Highly recommend this lovely retreat!

Charming room, delightful breakfast, loved the spacious layout of the Deluxe King Room which had modern decor with a traditional feel and provided a stunning view onto the main plaza. this hotel also offered a convenient location just a short walk from Pile Gate for easy exploration.
